Working environment

The navigation system provides easy access to the different areas.

▪    Overview: a dashboard view that shows the report templates that have been recently used and notifications. Clicking on a report will provide the most important features: Preview, Quick View, Export, Open in Designer, Edit and Schedule Report.

▪    Report Templates: report definition.

▪    Report Elements: elements that can be commonly used by multiple report templates.

▪    Schedule Reports: definition of calendar-based triggers with actions.

▪    Data Sources: definition of data sources

▪    Management: users, user groups, export profiles, active print jobs, advanced settings (including additional data providers, export jobs, password rules, the user interface and debug mode), system logs, system information, licensing, the Worker Service and SMTP configuration

▪    My Settings: Time zone, language and number of last report templates used in the overview.

▪    Help
