Start Cleanup

During runtime several temporary items are created that become obsolete after some time, however consume disk space. Use the button Cleanup Tool to delete unneeded elements. You can select different actions:

▪    Delete log files: When running in Debug Mode, numerous log files are created to help with the error analysis. These files can consume large amounts of disk space and can be removed once the application is running properly again.

▪    Delete usage statistics: The usage of the different report templates is logged per user. This includes functions like displaying the recently used report template per user, displaying the estimated export duration and logging the user logins. If you do not use this data for analysis yourself, it can be deleted unconsidered anytime.

▪    Delete old system log entries: Removes all system log entries which are older than a week.

▪    Optional: Delete cached reports. Deletes all cached reports. This action may free large amounts of disk space but can have a negative impact on application performance.
