Use this pane to create or edit export profiles for use when exporting reports.
Tip: Once the server has been set up, the operating system language will be used as the default language for the standard export profiles. Standard export profiles can also be deleted.
Reports can be output in various file formats. The following formats are available: PDF, Word, Excel, XPS, RTF, XHTML, HTML, TIFF, PNG, JPEG, Bitmap, EMF, TTY, CSV, Text, XML, JSON and SVG.
Some formats have export options.
▪ In Excel format, for example, the number of columns and rows can be reduced to the quantity necessary using the Export Only Data from Table Objects option.
▪ In the case of the PDF format, there is the option for creating a PDF/A conformant file and security options, for example.
Depending on the format, the layout cannot always be adopted 1:1 because there are specific restrictions on the implementation of these formats. Some formats have specific restrictions.
