Data-driven Report Generation

All variants offer the option "Skip this action if no records are to be exported". If you enable this option, a report will only be generated and shared if a project filter defined in the printing template actually delivers data.

▪    Thus, an empty report (one without data) will no longer trigger any actions.

▪    On the other hand, the action can also be data-driven, e.g., if "Order date = today" and "Job value > 10,000".

▪    The Application.Report.LastExportDate and Application.Report.LastExportDate-UTC variables allow you to include the date from the last export in the filter.
