Sending Mail via 64 Bit Application

To be able to send mails over Simple MAPI/XMAPI from a 32 Bit application via a 64 Bit application (e.g. Microsoft Outlook 64 Bit), use the mail proxy in the form of the two files cmMP31.exe/cxMP31.exe. These require registration via /regserver with administrator rights. Register both EXE to be able to address 32 Bit applications as well.
