General

•      The default setting for the "Export.InfinitePage" option in the JSON, Text (CSV) and Text (Layout) exports has been changed from "0" to "1", since it is generally undesirable for these to be cut up by possible footer and header repetitions.

•      The default design scheme for charts has been changed from "combit" to "combit Pastel", see also LL_OPTIONSTR_DEFAULTCHARTSCHEME.
