Creates a new ColorDesignerProperty.

Parameters

name: Name of the property. This name will be used to identify the property in the project file. Changing the name after reports containing the property have been deployed is a breaking change. To change the name that is displayed to the user, set the DisplayName property instead.
defaultValue: Default value of the property.
