Web Reporting Overview

Here you get a first overview of the web controls available in List & Label. In detail, you can take a closer look at their use and integration in your own web application using sample codes.

Web Report Designer

Without any additional installation on the client, the Web Report Designer runs completely in the client's browser and facilitates report creation with a modern interface. Instructions on how to integrate the Web Report Designer can be found in Use of the Web Report Designer.

Web Designer

This is the desktop-based Web Designer from List & Label. It is installed with its own installation on the Windows client beforehand and exchanges with the web application on the server. It offers the familiar Windows Designer interface and report generation functions. Instructions for the integration of the Web Designer can be found in Use of the Web Designer.

Ad-hoc Designer

For the creation of simple reports such as a table or a diagram, the Ad-hoc Designer is ideally suited. It does not require a local Windows installation and runs platform-independently in the client's browser, providing basic functions for report creation via the simplified interface. Instructions for the integration of the Ad-hoc Designer can be found in Use of the Ad-hoc Designer.

Web Report Viewer

The Web Report Viewer is available for viewing reports directly in the browser. Report parameters can also be used via the interface and interactive functions such as drilldown, expandable areas, sorting in tables, etc. allow flexible use of the report by the user. Instructions on how to integrate the Web Report Viewer can be found in Use of the Web Report Viewer.
