Purpose:
Returns the week number of a given date.
Parameter:
Date Date to use (must match the date format of the Date() function)
Number (optional) Determines how the first week of the year is defined. The system's regional settings (locale or LCID) are taken into account here, meaning that the week may be calculated differently depending on the regional settings (the exception is the value 5, for which Monday is fixed).
