Purpose:

Returns a string formatted as a number according to the country code/culture identifier specified in the second (optional) parameter.

Parameter:

Number       Value to be formatted

String          (optional) Country code (ISO 3166-1 alpha-2, ISO 3166-1 alpha-3, ISO 3166-1 numeric-3) or culture identifier, e.g., 'US', 'USA', '840' or 'en-US'. Default: System setting

Number       Number of decimal places. Default: system setting

String
